I love Seldovia!!! Years ago I worked for Dr. Stranik , a dentist. He would fly us from Anchorage to Seldovia on his float plane and we would stay for a week and see patients. We ate all the crab we could consume and had the best time ever .

Been there, got the t-shirt! Fun ride over and a very quaint little village to explore!

Beautiful place. The ferry ride is fun. Don’t sail your own boat there. The harbor needs a lot of work.

How about tomorrow?

What better thing can we wish for you than for hope and joy as we enter this new year - 2021 - together and reflect on all the joys and sorrows of 2020? What a year we have had, sharing in sorrows, developing resiliency together, and getting to see what we are truly made of.

Seldovia Village Tribe is grateful for the opportunity we have had to rise to the challenges that have occurred over the past many months. We look forward to continuing to lead with compassion and commitment, and are excited for what lies ahead in the year to come.

We are thankful to serve all of you - our Tribal members, plus the people of the Seldovia area and the Southern Kenai Peninsula. May your New Year’s celebration be joyous and full. May you be surrounded by those you love or surrounded by the memories of those you love. Happy New Year!
