Refund Process: We are currently processing refunds for all canceled sailings. Once your cancellation is confirmed, you can expect to see your funds refunded to the original payment method used for the booking. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Estimated Timeframe: While we are diligently working to expedite this process, we do not have an exact date for when all repairs will be completed and normal operations will resume.
