IMPORTANT UPDATE: REFUNDS FOR CANCELED SAILINGS

We understand how important your travel plans are and we deeply regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to cancel several sailings. First and foremost, we want to assure you that we are fully committed to issuing refunds for all affected bookings.

Refund Process: We are currently processing refunds for all canceled sailings. Once your cancellation is confirmed, you can expect to see your funds refunded to the original payment method used for the booking. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Estimated Timeframe: While we are diligently working to expedite this process, we do not have an exact date for when all repairs will be completed and normal operations will resume. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we tackle these necessary repairs to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our guests. We will provide updates as we have more information.
